A 2022 Index revealed that 68 percent of workers would stay longer if their employer made an effort to upskill/reskill them. Yet, 49 percent say they don't know where to begin their development or see a clear path at their firm. On the flip side, companies report top reasons for not investing in talent are lack of time, budget, and a skills gap understanding.
