Social Media

    JSAHR feels very strongly about making maximum use of social media in the human resources profession.  We encourage our members to use Social Media as much as possible in such areas as executive search, recruiting top talent, employee communications, employer branding, conducting background checks and many others.  With this goal in mind, JSAHR has initiated a series of Facebook discussions on these and many other related HR topics.  We have incorporated podcasts into our use of Social Media as a chapter.

    If you are interested in sharing your SME with others, please reach out to Erica Connor at for details. We intend to hold a Social Media event in the future for the members, although the exact format (workshop, regular monthly meeting, online meeting, etc.) has not yet been worked out.  In addition, our FACEBOOK, TWITTER, and LINKEDIN social media groups are available both to JSAHR members and non-members.
