The BOOMER Explosion - HR, Experience It!
This session will explore best practices for the HR professional associated with recruitment related to the baby boomer generation, those born from 1946-1964. This is a high-energy interactive session, filled with breakout activities along with entertaining baby boomer trivia and facts. Participants will gain a thorough understanding of the myths and realities associated with investing in older workers, as attendees are exposed to new thinking, insights and tools that will help them to understand the experience and transportable skills found the in the baby boomer generation.
