Topic: Creating an Inclusive Workplace - The Forces at Work

    Speaker: Anthony Simmons

This presentation offered many insights and tools on addressing the challenges with creating a inclusive workplace. Tony shared info on 8 vector categories that impact diversity and inclusion – personal power, outright bias, misconceptions about the law and diversity programs, organizational traditions, reference groups, assumptions and stereotypes, cultural norms and the internal debate. This was a very informative conversation.
