As the 4th quarter unfolds, organizations and HR professionals are faced with a wide range of  issues impacting the workplace. “Return to work” has become so much more than three simple words. At the same time, employers continue to grapple with the fallout from the pandemic and the immediate threat of COVID-19 litigation.  This presentation will address a number of pandemic, political, and civil unrest issues that have evolved over the past eight months.
