    David Islinger, an attorney at JacksonLewis LLP, will present a 2 hour seminar on the recent legislation and developments in:

    • NLRB policy relating to union and non-union employees
    • EEOC regulations for religious accommodations
    • Sarbanes Oxley Act decisions and other statutes such as CEPA
