Jessica Oberto is a Talent Acquisition professional with over 20 years’ experience in recruitment engineering and strategy, talent acquisition consulting, client management and team leadership. Starting out as a Recruiter in Higher Education, Jessica realized her passion leaned towards recruitment process and consulting.

Today, Jessica’s current role as Director of Recruitment Process and Project Implementation at People Science, a Recruitment Process In-sourcing and Outsourcing company founded in 1997 to break the code of recruiting for tough segments, has allowed her to partner with organizations in a wide range of industries and skill types. Creating fully customized and flexible solutions to the unique needs of each client, Jessica, and People Science, pride themselves in “working on talent acquisition, not just in it”.

Jessica also leads People Science's Talent Acquisition Consulting team that assists organizations with fixing broken recruitment processes and helping them reimagine how they acquire and retain talent in today's competitive global market through innovative and streamlined recruitment engineering strategies.
