    Suporting the Remote Worker

    Presented by Fiona Jamison, Ph.D, CEO of Spring International

    In 2020 (before the arrival of COVID-19) there were already 7 million people working remotely in the U.S., or 3.4 percent of the population. Over the last five years, the number of people working remotely has grown by 44 percent. It is estimated 16 million U.S. knowledge workers started working remotely due to Covid-19 as of March 27; that number is likely much higher now.  

    Come to this session to learn about best practices, analytics and technology that keeps your remote team engaged.


    Through attending this session participants will:

    • Understand the pros and cons of managing remote workers.
    • Learn what it takes to build engagement with remote workers.
    • Understand how to give remote employees a voice and establish the right metrics.
    • Explore some tips and tools for engaging remote workers.

    Fiona Jamison, Ph.D has extensive experience in improving the employee experience and engagement, organizational change management, and employee/labor relations. Fiona brings strong research and analytical approach to solving common HR and business challenges. Fiona has experience working with Fortune 500 organizations across a variety of industries including manufacturing, retail, logistics, transportation, healthcare and pharmaceuticals.

    As CEO of Spring International, Fiona leads the team in accomplishing their vision, sharing trends in the industry, developing new products, services and business.
