Diversity: Is It Dead or Just Transformed?
It has been more than 20 years since the concept of Diversity first came into the business consciousness. In that time, Diversity has evolved from an extension of compliance to a basic component of organizational effectiveness. In this interactive, fast paced session, we will explore the current state of Diversity as a business tool. We will ask and answer the question, “Is the need for Diversity dead?” while examining our own experiences with capitalizing on the Diversity in our organizations. Each of us will leave this session with at least one concrete idea for pushing the Diversity outcomes in our organization.
