Be a Strategic Human Resource Leader – Discover Coaching Conversations
HR professionals are expected to wear many hats in their companies, one of which is to act as a counselor/advisor/coach to employees and managers on various situations they face on a day to day basis., HR professionals are expected to be able to handle any situation posed to them, so they must be armed to face anything that comes their way. An important tool that enables HR Professionals to be more strategic in their roles is the mastery of the Critical Coaching Conversations. The ability to draw out information from clients and employees, and to inspire and direct them is crucial to achieving this mission. In this session the attendees will learn about Coaching Conversations and will have some great tools to use at the end of this session.

•To acquire a set' of tools to conduct coaching sessions to achieve desired results for both the individual being coached and your organization
About the Speakers: Jack Levitt and Marshall Calman are the Principals of LeaderStrong, a boutique New Jersey based leadership consulting, strategic advisory and executive coaching firm on a mission to dramatically increase the leadership impact of the clients we serve in the New York to Philadelphia corridor. We help clients increase the velocity and relevance of their organizations through our thought leadership in our proven and proprietary methodologies.
Jack has been coaching for 7 years after a successful career in banking and telecommunications. He has been a member of Toastmasters International for over 22 years and has earned the highest level of distinction, the Distinguished Toastmaster Award. After graduating with a Bachelor’s from the University of Pennsylvania, Jack earned his MBA from Rutgers Graduate School of Management as well as an Executive Masters of Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology. Jack is also a Certified Executive Coach.
Marshall began his coaching practice after leading Consultancy, Pre-sales and Customer Support Divisions for major corporations such as HP and Agilent Technologies. Marshall holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from Roger Williams University, an MBA in Marketing and is a Certified Executive Coach.
