• This session will explore current litigation trends and provide practical suggestions for how to avoid becoming embroiled in employment ligation.

SESSION II - Protecting Business Interests and Information-   9:35 a.m.to10:25 a.m.
• This session will cover the identification of protectable business information and interests, use of restrictive covenants, drafting reasonable restrictions, consideration for restrictive covenants, standard contract provisions, court modification and the perspective of several states prohibiting and limiting such agreements.  It also will cover strategies to enforce these agreements and practical considerations for litigation.
