HR is an extremely competitive field.  It is essential that we attract and retain qualified employees who can work together to meet our organization's goals.  Are you ready?  Do you have the right people with the right skills to meet your company's needs?  Are they team players?  At JSAHR's September meeting, Dr. Rich Atkins will address these critical issues based on the employee assessment method called Building Excellence.  The accompanying career development training program from Improving Communications is based on a unique survey system that measures employees' skills in many areas, including the following: Decision-making, Problem-solving, Leadership, Teamwork, and many others.

The results of the Building Excellence survey can then be used to help companies manage their hiring process, develop meaningful training programs, select qualified employees for promotions, fill special project teams, assign new skill sets to employees, etc.
